Receipt formatting

Two small shortcuts turn the text box into a receipt layout:

• Coffee | 2.80 — a space, a vertical bar and a space split a line into a left and a right column, so prices line up on the right edge.
• --- — a line with three or more dashes prints a dashed separator.

Press Receipt above to see an example. Use it for mock receipts, order slips, raffle tickets, table numbers or kitchen notes. It is a layout tool, not a cash register: it does no tax calculation and creates no fiscal record.

Ideas

• Box and shelf labels — large bold text with a border, printed on thermal sticker rolls.
• Event name badges — the Name badge preset on 80 mm paper.
• Door and counter signs — white on black reads well from a distance.
• Notes and to-do lists — monospace, left aligned, small size.

Text is drawn with the fonts installed on your computer and printed as an image, so accented letters and other scripts (č, ß, é, Cyrillic) print correctly even when the printer's built-in font does not support them.
